ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS - Shower Trays with Polyurethane
Theshowertraysareperfectly compatible withall kindsofshowerenclosures manufactured bythe RAVAK Company. I t isalso
possible to complete themwiththe enclosures ofothermanufacturers. TypePUis manufactured f ordirectassembly on a level,
firm base Werecommendcompletingt.he showertray with the siphon RAVAK.
I. Removethe top siphoncover using a flat, bluntobject and
take out the sludge trap. Usingthe shoulders on the Inside
diameter,unscrewthe siphon
2. Temporarilyplace the shower tray in its final position and
mark the positionof the siphonon thefloor.
3.-3a Make the outlet piping Ø 40 mm and prepare the
connection to the siphon It is possible to cut off parts of the
reinforcement
to the
maximal
necessary.,with a rotating cutterØ 40-50 mm
4. Placethe showertray in its final position again,position
the siphon correctly and mark the position of the pipe joint.
Finishthe connection oftheoutletpipesandthe bottom part
ofthesiphon.
5. Apply the silicone RAVAK PROFESSIONAL sealing
compound on the entire surfaceof the tray where it contacts
the floor. Apply the silicone compound on the tray approx.
10 mmfrom the outside bottomedge.
6. Place the shower tray in the correct position screw the
siphongently.Checkandadjustthe horizontal p ositionand
theheight f romthefloor.
MAINTENANCE
When maintaining the shower bath, only wipe the painted parts, glass and plastic. Use a fine cloth and normal household
detergents. Never use any abrasive pastes, dissolvents, acetone or detergents and desinfectants, that contain chlorine. The
