Information to note
Reich GmbH accepts no liability for damage resulting
from installing or operating the easydriver app on a
caravan or trailer.
Reich GmbH reserves all rights to modify the product
without prior notification to reflect the state of the art.
Neither this installation and instruction manual nor its
contents may be duplicated, saved or published either
electronically or mechanically, by making print-outs,
photocopies, microfilm copies or by other means, wit-
hout the prior written consent of Reich GmbH.
If damage arises from a fault with the device that is
due to a production defect, within the warranty peri-
od Reich GmbH will provide compensation no greater
than the purchase cost of the app controller.
The app controller has been designed solely to control
compatible easydriver models.
The easydriver can be controlled by either the remote
control or the easydriver app – although never both at
the same time. When using the remote control, the app
must be closed.
Before manoeuvring, check that the driving
rollers are on the tyres/swivelled in. The
parking brake can only be released and a
manoeuvre carried out in this position.
The first time you use easydriver with the easydriver
app, choose an open area with plenty of space to get
a feel for how the smartphone/tablet works with the
app functions.
Before setting o on a journey, check that
the driving rollers are in the back position/
swivelled fully out.
When manoeuvring, nobody must be inside
the caravan/trailer or within its immediate
range of movement. Watch out for children
in particular!
Never let children play with the easydriver
app.
Before each use, check that the smartphone/tablet and
the app controller are communicating with each other
properly by performing a quick test run with the eas-
ydriver swivelled out (driving rollers not on the tyres).
For the app controller to work properly and the con-
nection to stay reliable, the smartphone/tablet should
not be further than 5 metres away from the caravan/
trailer being manoeuvred.
Check the iOS App Store or the Google Play
Store regularly for updates for the easydriver
app.
Make sure that your smartphone/tablet has
appropriate virus protection.
Should the Bluetooth device (e.g. smartphone) on
which you are using the app go into standby mode and
therefore lose the Bluetooth connection, switch the
base station o and on again once to establish a new
connection with the easydriver app controller.
The Bluetooth connection will be restored automati-
cally after the restart.
