6. Warranty

1. Every GlareOne product is covered by a 36 month manufacturer's warranty.
2. The warranty period begins when the product is purchased by its first purcha-
ser, which is confirmed by receipt or invoice.
3. The warranty covers damages resulting from product structural defects or
caused by errors in the production process.
4. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage or caused by use other than
its intended purpose or the operating instructions.
5. The warranty does not cover parts subject to natural wear such as shock absor-
bers, bearings, halogen bulbs, etc., provided that their wear did not result from
factory defects.
6. The warranty does not cover products that have been subjected to unauthori-
zed changes and modifications.
7. The warranty does not cover products whose damage results from force ma-
jeure, e.g. due to power surges, lightning, flooding, fire, etc.
