Operation
The electronic control unit controls the automatic start and stop of the water pump when any taps in
the system are opened or closed. The control unit can maintain a constant water flow in the system as
long as any taps in the system are turned on.
Attention
The electronic control unit can be used for a drinking water system or a non-potable water system.
Should both circuits be operated with the pump, make sure that drinking water is not mixed with service
water.

MOUNTING THE PRESSURE INDICATOR
The pressure indicator is mounted with an O-ring, two mounting screws and a cap. The pressure
indicator can be mounted on either side of the control unit by inserting the cylindrical connector using
the O-ring and the two screws provided. The screw head must be fitted on the opposite side of the
pressure release valve (without O-ring or Teflon).
HYDRAULIC CONNECTION
Before proceeding with the hydraulic connection, it is important to prepare the pump properly. The
control unit should always be in a vertical position so that the inlet oil (male 1") can be connected
directly to the pump outlet and the side outlet (male 1") to the network. Avoid non-return valves. The
following accessories are recommended: Flexible with a disassembly connection for the network
connection, which protects the assembly from possible bending charges and vibrations. A ball valve
ensures isolation of the pump from the assembly.
ATTENTION
The water column between the pump and the highest point of use should not exceed 15m for this
model and the pump should deliver a minimum pressure of 2.5bar. The starting pressure is adjusted by
means of the screw located at the top of the control element (Fig. 5). Read the pressure indicated on
the pressure indicator as soon as the pump starts and turn the screw in the desired direction (the
pressure setting must be carried out by a specialist). In the standard setting, the start pressure is 0.2 bar
higher than the manometric, the pump must produce at least 0.8 bar higher pressure than the set
pressure.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION (Fig. 3)
Make sure that the voltage applied corresponds to 220/240V, first disconnect the power cable. Remove
the cover① of the electrical circuit and connect the connections according to the diagram on the
plate②.
