End of battery life
To signal the end of the device life, the battery symbol appears in the
display (permanent notification) and the error message Err09 is shown.
This message is displayed if the end of battery life stored in the system as
"Time until display of warning symbol" has expired. Also if an early and
unexpected voltage drop of the battery is detected. Battery lifetime
warning symbol plus error code Err02 will be issued
Attention! Device must be replaced!
Additional functions
Functions which are described below can only be used by means
of a communication head (KoKo) and appropriate PC configuration
software.
Programming with communication head
(available as accessory)
An inductive device interface is located in the middle of the housing,
directly on the printed circuit board beneath the display
A particular communication head (KoKo), a laptop computer / PC with a
USB connector and an appropriate configuration software is necessary
to communicate with the interface
480 Daily Final Values
With a command 480 daily final values can be read out by using the
communication head (KoKo).

Error Logfile
An integrated rolling error logfile with maximum 10 entries allows
the storage of error messages This can help for analysis of problems
If more than 10 error messages occurred the oldest ones, probably
important ones, will be overwritten. Thus additional statistic data will
be saved (example):

Radio Settings
As soon as the radio operation mode is activated, the meter sends an
encrypted radio telegram according to OMS (Open Metering Standard):
Telegram in C1 mode: Current value + last 15 monthly values.
If other radio settings and/or other radio telegrams are requested,
changes can be made by means of a communication head (KoKo)
and a configuration software.
