when they are finished or when it is not working properly.

Always operate this fondue set from a grounded 220-240 V household socket.

The use of an extension cable is not recommended as it may overheat and pose a
fire risk. However, if an extension cable must be used, the cable should have a
diameter of at least 0.75 mm2.
COMMISSIONING AND OPERATION
PREPARATION BEFORE USE
•
Take apart the pot, the forks, the stainless steel cover of the forks, the grill plate, the
stone plate and the small pans and clean them with a soft, damp cloth. Place your
appliance on a flat and stable surface. Then place the grill plate or stone
plate/fondue set on the top of the appliance.
•
Before using the appliance for the first time, let it run for 10 minutes without food. A
small amount of smoke may form during this time. Ventilate the room during this time.
•
Let the griddle and mini pans cool down and clean them (see
•
chapter Cleaning and care).
•
Check that the voltage indicated on the product matches your mains voltage. Before
plugging in, make sure that the regulator is set to "MIN".
•
When you use this fondue set for the first time, a smell of smoke may emanate from
the surface of the heating element. This is normal due to the oily protective coating
during manufacture.
