FAQs
1. When using USB audio, there may be some playback delays if trying to play large-
capacity audio files.
2. When using BT audio, there may be some disturbances which can be caused by a
few factors including:
- The BT device is over 10 meters away from BETTY
- Obstacles in between the BT device and BETTY
- Electromagnetic interference
3. In the case of Sound Distortion, try and adjust the volume, bass and treble
controls until there is no longer any distortion.
4. If there is difficulty connecting BT devices, check if BETTY is in BT mode,
alternatively, check that BETTY is not connected to any other devices.
5. If there is poor FM sound quality, make sure that BETTY is connected to the AUX
cable and that the device is used in an open area.
6. Circuit protection may occur when audio is played at maximum volume. When the
audio has stopped, turn the volume knob down to automatically restore the audio.

Before operating this product, ensure that the operating voltage is the same as the
local supply voltage. The operating voltage is displayed on the rear of the product.
When charging is complete or in a thunderstorm, please unplug the device for
safety reasons.

1. Do not expose the product to excessive temperatures, such as near an open
flame or prolonged exposure to heat sources.
2. To avoid the risk of fire and electric shock, do not expose the device to rain or
moisture.
3. Use only the accessories and fittings (adapters etc) specified by the manufacturer.
4. Do not try to disassemble the speaker.
5. Unplug the device during a thunderstorm or when the device is not used for a
long time.
