PROBLEM
The grill will not turn on.
The grill does not work anymore.
The grill emits odour.
by visiting www.japproducts.eu and finding the
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Make sure that the device is plugged in
correctly.
The device had a protective function and can
in some cases turn itself off temporarily. Wait
30 minutes.
The device can emit an odour when you use
it for the first time. This is normal.
The plates or the grease tray need to be
cleaned.
