N°2 d.8.4x16x1.6 washer (Ref. U)
N°1 5 mm hex key (Ref. V)
N°1 13 mm wrench (Ref. Z)
USE
1. Undo the quick release (E) (pic. 1).
2. Release both legs (A-B), removing them from their slot
on the upper connection sleeve (D) (pic. 2).
3. Fully open the legs (A-B) pushing the upper connection
sleeve (D) down until it contacts (pic. 3).
4. Clamp the quick release (E) (pic. 4).
5. Remove the screw (Ref. S), the nut (Ref. T) and the 2 wa-
shers (Ref. U) on the clamp support (M) (pic. 5).
6. Insert the clamp support (M) on the upper tube (H) (pic. 6)
7. Lock in the clamp support (M) with 1 screw (Ref. S), 1 nut
(Ref. T) and the 2 washers (Ref. U) (pic. 7).
8. Pull the locking pin out (I)(pic. 8), move the clamping unit
(M) to an horizontal position (pic. 9).
9. Insert the locking pin (I) after aligning the holes between
the clamp support (M) and the upper tube (H) (pic. 10).
CLAMP MECHANISM HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
1.Unscrew the handle counterclockwise (G) (pic. 11),
holding the top tube (H) firmly. After reaching the required
height (pic. 12), secure the top tube by turning the handle
clockwise (G) (pic. 13).
CLAMP

ORIENTATION
BICYCLE CLAMPING
1. Open the clamp mechanism by pulling the lever (Q)
upwards (pic. 17).
2. If the opening of the clamp jaws, dimension "X", is not
enough to insert the required part of the bicycle, turn the
handwheel (R) clockwise to increase dimension "X" or
counterclockwise to decrease dimension "X" (pic. 18).
3. Secure the bicycle (pic. 19).
4. Close the clamp by pushing the lever (Q) downwards
(pic. 20).
5. Fine adjustment of clamping pressure is possible by
turning the handwheel (R) (pic. 21). Turn clockwise to
tighten the grip. Turn counterclockwise to decrease the
grip.
6. It is now possible to proceed with bicycle maintenance.
ATTENTION
If the clamp disc is unable to maintain the required position,
it is necessary to set the clamp disc tightening torque.
Tighten the locking nut clockwise with the appropriate
wrench (13 mm) until obtaining the required fastening (see
pic. 22).
BICYCLE REMOVAL
1. Open the clamp jaws by pulling the lever (Q) upwards
(pic. 23).
2. Remove the bicycle (pic. 24).
FOLDING THE WORKSTAND
1. Pull the locking pin out (I) and, keeping it in the release
position (pic. 25), flip the clamp mechanism (M) upwards
(pic. 26), re-insert the locking pin.
2. Untighten the handle (G) (pic. 27) and lower the upper
tube (H) (pic. 28). Secure the top tube by turning the handle
(G) (pic. 29).
3. Undo the quick release (E) (pic. 30).
4. Completely close the legs (A-B) by pushing the upper
connection sleeve (D) upwards (pic. 31).
5. Clamp both legs (A-B), inserting them in the slots on the
upper connection sleeve (D) (pic. 32).
6. Clamp the quick release (E) (pic. 33).
