First Use
First, open the lid of the charging case, take out the two earbuds and tear off the
insulating film on the earbuds charging contacts, then put the earbuds back into the
charging case and keep the lid open. Long press the button on the charging case for three
seconds until the indicator light on the charging case flashes white. At this point, the
earbuds enter pairing mode. Next, turn on your device's Bluetooth and connect to
SOUNDPEATS Capsule3 Pro.
Factory Reset
In order to perform a factory reset, place both earbuds back into the charging case and
make sure they are correctly placed. With the case lid open, long press the button on the
charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators of the charging case flash white and
red alternately twice – this signifies that the reset has been completed. Finally, close the
case lid and take out the earphones, and they are activated successfully.
