Preparing cappuccino (SZV-620)
This machine is suitable for preparing not only espresso,
but also cappuccino by steaming milk-foam parallel to
brewing.
1. Fill the intended number of cups of water into the per-
colator plus 1-1.5 cups for the steam. Proceed as with
brewing espresso coffee.
2. When half of the coffee has poured out, start steaming the milk-foam parallel to brewing.
Hold the jug directly under the steam blow-off pipe, so that its opening reaches 0.5-1 cm
below the surface of the milk.
3. Open the steam blow-off tap by turning it anticlockwise. Move the jug up and down under
the steam blow-off pipe.
4. When the milk has enough foam, close the steam blow-off pipe and pour the milk-foam to
the espresso coffee, add sugar, and sprinkle cinnamon or cocoa powder to taste.
Add proper amount
of water.
Put back the filter
holder with the filter
filled with coffee and
make sure to fasten
it tightly.
Drive back the cap
screw tightly.
Unscrew cap screw.
Place the jar with its lid under the filter holder.
Close the steam tap (only for SZV-620), turn on
your percolator and you can enjoy the savour of
fresh coffee within a few minutes. Turn off the
machine after the cooking process is over.
