WARRANTY
•
Sweeek warrants all parts of the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a
period of 2 years from the date of receipt by the consumer.
•
If a part proves to be defective during the warranty period, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be
the repair or replacement of the defective part in accordance with the terms and conditions defined
by Sweeek after-sales service.
•
The implementation of the Sweeek warranty is carried out by replacing the damaged parts, return
costs being borne by the purchaser.
•
This guarantee does not apply in case of abuse, mishandling or unauthorised repair. As soon as
the defective product is returned to our workshops, it will be assessed and you will be informed of
the repairs carried out.
•
Our products are intended for private and personal use, professional use will automatically void all
guarantees.
LIST OF WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
•
Damage, failures or defects attributable to external causes (accident, shock, lightning, strong wind,
frost, excessive pressure, etc.).
•
Breakdowns affecting parts that do not conform to those recommended by the manufacturer.
•
Adjustments accessible to the beneficiary without dismantling the product.
•
The costs of commissioning, cleaning and testing not resulting from a guaranteed damage.
•
Failure to comply with the manufacturer's instructions.
•
Repairs and damage to the product after a repair carried out by anyone other than a repairer from
our workshops, or without prior agreement from us.
•
Makeshift or temporary repairs as well as the consequences of the possible aggravation of the
damage resulting from them.
•
Damage due to corrosion, oxidation and incorrect connection.
•
Replacement of wearing parts.
•
The replacement of missing / damaged parts upon receipt, not indicated on the delivery note.
