2 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Various models of pumps are described in these
operating instructions. Identify your model from
the identification plate.
2.1 Scope of supply
The pump is supplied ready for operation, with
wrench for filter cover, elbow nipple and operat-
ing instructions.

2.3 Function
The described unit is an automatically working
pump. The pump switches itself on and off ac-
cording to the pressure (see technical data).
When a tapping point is opened, the pump draws
in water through the pump inlet (7) and pumps it
through the pressure line connection (4) to the
tapping point. The pump switches itself off auto-
matically about 20 seconds after the tapping
point is closed.
2.4 Safety and protective devices
Thermal protection switch
The pump is fitted with a thermal protection
switch which switches the motor off in the event
of overheating. After a cooling-down phase of ap-
prox. 15 - 20 minutes the pump switches on
again automatically.
2.5 Dry running protection
The pump is equipped with dry running protec-
tion. The dry running protection system switches
off the pump after approx. 90 seconds if water is
not drawn in or the suction line is damaged.
2.6 Pressure sensor
The pump is equipped with a pressure sensor.
This sensor automatically switches the pump off
and on when the set pressure is reached.

2.7 Display
The pump is equipped with a display (24) which
shows operating states and error messages. Var-
ious settings and displays can be selected with
the MODE button (25) and confirmed with the
SET button (26).
