LED STATUS INDICATOR TABLE
The charger has some charging led. The charging led indicates the charging status of the connected
battery. Please refer to the following instructions:
LED Explanation
1. When the DC output is connected in reverse, the red error led flashes once and goes

During the charging process, 25% or 50% or 75% charging led will flash slowly. This

indicates the charging status and displays the current battery capacity. When the

battery is fully charged, the 100% charge led will turn solid white. The charger can be

• Reverse polarity protection: The charger has reverse polarity and short circuit protection. If a reverse
battery condition exists (error led will turn flash in red only while output leads are connected
backwards), simply unplug charger from AC power and properly remake the connections as described
in this manual.
• Internal overheat protection: Amper-Smart chargers have an internal overheat protection. The power
will be reduced if the ambient temperature is raised.
