Update the software
After setting up the operating system - wait for the
system to carry out all necessary updates.
Troubleshooting
You can solve many basic problems with your computer
yourself:
- First of all, run the Windows troubleshooting tool.
To do this, go to start -> settings -> updates and
security -> troubleshooting. The tool will guide you
step by step.
- Secure your data - copy important files and documents,
for example to an external drive or a pendrive
- Update the operating system and drivers of all devices
- Make sure all components and accessories are
correctly connected
- Restore the system to a previous state or reset to
an initial state
ATTENTION!
Updating the BIOS, will remove dedicated profiles that
ensure optimal hardware operation. Perform it only if
recommended by our technical support.
