Before first Use
Remove the protection film form the blades and clean all parts of the
multi grater as described below under "Cleaning and Storing".
Using
1. Make sure that the multi grater sits steadily on
a solid, level surface or place the grater body
on a suitable bowl. The „sprockets" on the
bottom of the grater body have to hook on the
bowl.
2. Select a blade and insert the blade in
the grater body. Press the blade as far
as it will go until the blade locks audi-
ble.
3. Pull the locking mechanism to unlock the food
holder and place the food holder on the grater
body. Press both locking mechanism inwards in
order to lock the food holder. Now you can slide
the food holder easily forth and back.
4. Insert the fruits or vegetables into the food
holder. Insert the pusher with the spiky side
into the food so the spiky pins can firmly hold
the food.
Do not use too much pressure when using
the grater. Never grasp with your hand into
the food holder!
5. Do not overfill the bowl while grating. Hold the multi grater as
shown in the figure while grating.
Using the Accessory
1. To use the julienne blade, remove the blade and
turn it upside down. Insert the julienne blade into
the grater bode as far as it will go with the blade
up.
