10. wArrAnty

Damages during the warranty period
The manufacturer provides a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This product warranty only applies to de-
fects of workmanship and materials. The warranty does not apply to batteries and rechargeable batteries. In particular,
it does not cover normal wear and tear, damages resulting from misuse, opened or partly dismantled devices as well
as possible damages caused by overloading the product. The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace
a warranted product or any parts. To make a warranty claim, please contact your authorised dealer or the place of
purchase. A warranty claim is only valid when the entire product is returned to us postpaid with an original sales receipt
and a brief description of the problem.
If a warranty claim cannot be processed by your authorised dealer or the place of purchase, package the product secu-
rely in its original packaging, label it clearly with your name and address and ship it postpaid to the following address:

Damages outside the warranty period
Please contact your authorised dealer, the place of purchase or wb compagnie GmbH directly. We recommend you to
always contact us before returning a product that is no longer under warranty, as the high costs of shipping and repairs
are not covered. If the return and repair of the defective product is agreed with us, you must ship it postpaid.
