– Always take a defective or waste rechargeable battery pack to a suitable disposal facility. Batteries must not be
thrown away with household waste.
– Never dispose of batteries in fire or water, as they could explode.
– The power supply unit, the battery charger and the 12 V vehicle plug are only intended for this pump. Do not use
them to charge or operate other batteries or devices.
– Do not use other chargers to charge the supplied rechargeable battery packs.
– Ensure the rechargeable battery packs are kept in peak condition and are not subjected to high pressure, mecha-
nical loads or extremely high / low temperatures.

4. InItIAl use

– Unpack the product and the accessories and inspect them to make sure they have suffered no damage during
transport. Do not use defective parts.
– Dispose of the packaging material immediately or keep it in a safe place out of the reach of children. Keep pa-
ckaging material out of the reach of children to avoid the risk of suffocation.
Note: The pump is ideal for inflating bicycle / car tyres, recreation and sports equipment.

5. bAttery chArgIng

A new rechargeable battery pack or one which has not been used for a longer period of time only achieves maximum
capacity after several charging and discharging cycles. Therefore, always fully charge the rechargeable battery packs
prior to initial use.
