Instructions
MATERIALS
A 1 Main frame
B 2 Side Arms
C 2 M12 x 40 x 1.75 Bolts, Lock Washers, 30mm Flat washers, Witter Cage nuts and Retainers.
D 4 M12 x 40 x 1.75 Bolts and Serrated Flange Nuts.
E 2 M12 x 40 x 1.75 Bolts, Lock Washers and Serrated Flange Nuts
ZE 1 Retractable Electrical Plate.
ZN 1 Neck Option
FITTING
Remove the bumper (3 wheel arch screws, 1 tip screw, 2 plastic nuts at bottom corner of boot opening, fasteners along

bottom edge, then pull ends/corners off plastic clips to release bumper.)
Remove the Bumper Beam.

Pre-assemble Witter Cage Nut fasteners to Side Arm's (B) using separate fitting instructions and observing the correct

face of each Side Arm from the diagram below.
4. Insert Side Arms (B) into each chassis rail and loosely secure with fasteners (C & D).
Attach Cross Bar (A) to Side Brackets (B) using fasteners (E).

Assemble the chosen Neck Option(ZN and Electrical Plate kit (ZE) to Cross Bar (A) using separate Fitting Instructions.

7. Fully tighten all fasteners
Cut bumper as shown below and re-fit to vehicle

Recommended torque settings:
Grade 8.8 bolts: M8 - 24Nm, M10 - 52 Nm, M12 - 80 Nm, M14 - 130 Nm, M16 - 200 Nm
Grade 10.9: M12 – 120Nm, M10 – 70Nm M8- 35Nm
