INSPIRE control panel interface assignment,
Early warning stage "Filter full" output
The "Filter full" output of theINSPIREinterface informs the system user of the pending maximum
filter saturation, meaning the filters have to be changed soon. The warning is issued at 75% of the
extraction and filter system's maximum filter saturation, giving the user sufficient time to prepare for
the filter change. On systems equipped with filter cartridges and a filter cleaning module, automatic
differential pressure cleaning is also started once the filter saturation reaches 75%.
The "Filter full" warning is constructed as a switching relay contact. Therefore, both an NC and a
NO contact are available. If either the internal supply voltage of theINSPIREor the 220 V / 120 V
supply voltage is lost, the relay automatically jumps back to its initial state.
The "Filter full" warning can be used, for example, to:
Prepare for the filter change.

Order replacement filters.
•
In case of automated processes, pause the process at the next opportunity in order to change

the filters or start filter cleaning.
In case of automatic processes, finish the main process and start the system's filter cleaning.
