4. idle current adjustment
Adjust the semi-variable
resistor VR7O1
so that the
voltages of the emitter resistance R714 (0.22 ohms) of
the power transistor Q703 are 1lmV + 4.4mV (current
value: 50+ 20mA).
This
adjustment
should
be made
approximately
5
minutes
after
the
power
switch
is turned
to ON.
5. Fuse
replacement
when
the
protection
circuit
has
operated
When the fuses F801
and F802 are blown, an electric
charge is accumulated in C803 and C804; therefore, if
the new fuse is inserted under this condition, it may be
blown instantaneously.
So be sure to discharge com-
pletely
using
an
approximately
100
ohms
resistor
before replacing the fuse.
Check that the middle point voltage is within+ 150mV
after checking and repairing the main amplifier circuit.
Since the protection circuit itself may be malfunction-
ing,
be sure
to check
the
resistor,
transistor
and
thyristor (the normal direction turns only by connecting

Die Mechanikplatte gemofs vorhergehender Beschreibung
fiir die Audio-Druckplatte abnehmen und die Dichtungs-
masse losen.
. Einstellung des Ruhestroms
Den Verstellwiderstand
VR7O1
so einstellen, dafs die
Spannung des Emitterwiderstandes
R714 (0,22 Ohm)
des Ausgangstransistors Q703 1ImV + 4,4 mV (Strom-
starke: 50 + 20mA) betragt.
Diese Einstellung sollte
ungefahr 5 Minuten
nach dem Einschalten des Netz-
schalters vorgenommen werden.
. Auswechseln
der
Sicherung
nachdem
die Schutz-
schaltung aktiviert wurde
Falls die Sicherungen
F801 und F802 durchgebrannt
oe
sind, baut sich eine elektrische Ladung in C803 und
C804
auf.
Falls daher in diesem Zustand eine neue
Sicherung eingesetzt wird, konnte diese sofort wieder
durchbrennen.
Vor dem Einsetzen einer neuen Sicher-
ung
daher
diese
Ladung
mit
Hilfe eines 100-Ohm-
Widerstandes entladen. Nach der Prifung und Reparatur

Gate und der Minuspol Oder 1,5V-Batterie an die
Kathode angeschlossen werden).
