accuracy. However, in exceptional cases it might occur
that the sensor shows a deviation and needs to be
recalibrated after only one year of use.
NOTE: Only calibrate the T-Mini if you suspect a
deviation!
7.1 Calibration in fresh air
7.1.1 Preparation
Place the T-Mini for at least half an hour in a CO
neutral environment (+/- 400 ppm) such as a backyard
or balcony, or at least 8 hours in a ventilated room
where no persons, plants or pets are present during
this period. Do this preferably during the day, when the
CO value comes closest to the 400 ppm. In the

evenings, trees and plants release CO
CO value to about 450 ppm.

If the minimum value is not much lower than 370 ppm,
or not much higher than 430 ppm, it is not necessary
to recalibrate the T-Mini, since the CO
air is between 380 ppm and 420 ppm. A deviation of
+/- 5% is usual with this type of measuring equipment;
keep this in mind when setting your CO
higher deviation makes it worthwhile to calibrate.
7.1.2 Procedure
1. Disconnect the power supply to the T-Mini.
2. Press and hold the PTK and plug the T-Mini into
the wall socket (keep the PTK pressed for a while).
3. The type and software version of the controller are
displayed on the screen.
4. Then, you will enter the main menu, including the
next options:

Turn the PTK and select "Quick CO2 cal".

change one by one into asterisks, after which
calibration is started. The T-Mini counts down for 20
minutes. Then, the next screen is displayed:

Press the PTK once to return to the main screen.
7.2 Indoor calibration
7.2.1 Preparation
Place the T-Mini in a ventilated room where no
persons, plants or pets are present during countdown
and calibration. Follow the steps in section 7.2.2 and
calibration starts after 12 hours.
7.2.2 Procedure
1. Disconnect the power supply to the T-Mini.
2. Press and hold the PTK and plug the T-Mini into
the wall socket (keep the PTK pressed for a while).
3. The type and software version of the controller are
displayed on the screen.
4. Then, you will enter the main menu, including the
next options:
