Die Taktimpulse kénnen mit der Zeitablenkung verkop- |
pelt sein (alternierend) oder von einem Rechteckgenerator
(Chopper) abgeleitet werden.
Da der Ausgang IC 303 B nur auf *'H''-Potential liegt, wird
das Gatter IC 303 C fiir die Chopperimpulse gedffnet.
Diese gelangen iiber IC 303 C an den Takteingang von
IC 301 A und werden auRerdem zum Dunkeltasten der Um-
schaitflanken gebraucht. Wird ein Kanal abgeschaltet, setzt
der Chopperoszillator aus. Auf diese Weise wird eine Strahl-
austastung bei Einkanalbetrieb vermieden.
Two-Channej Module
It is composed of TTL modules and controls the operating
modes one-channel operation (channel Yq or YB), alter-
nating operation and chopper operation. As a special case
both channels can be disconnected in the course of which a
line appears in the center of the screen.
For the alignment of the test prod as well as for possible
checking of the deflection coefficients, the module disposes
of a square wave generator (IC 302 B, C 301, R 301). To
shorten the rise time and to balance the square wave signal,
a flip-flop (IC 301 B) is switched after the generator.

The first switch condition is of no importance at normal
operation. Switch conditions two and three are directly
dependent on the switches (S 203 b, S 202 b). The fourth
switch condition is indeterminate, the output positions
OQ and O/ IC 301 Achange after every clock pulse at pin 1.
The clock pulses can be coupled with the time base de-
flection (alternating) or can be derived from a square wave
generator (chopper).
At alternating operation connection 6 of the two-channel
module has to be put to low. By this firstly the chopper
oscillator (IC 302 A) is blocked and secondly the way
IC 303 B, 1C 303 C is released for the alternate pulse.

lf the inputs 1, 2 and 4 (IC 302 A) : are at high, then the
chopper oscillator (IC 302 A, C 302, R 302) generates
square wave oscillations of appr. 200 KHz.
