I Faceshield Lock

SPEEDVIEW@ SUNVISOR REMOVAL
NOTE:For easier Sun Visor removal: First, remove the outer faceshield.
Hold the sun visor with your left hand,
Gently,pry apart the side bracket by
pulling the arm towards you.
The small post on the shield surface
will disjoint from the groove
in the side bracket.
Releasethe shield from the clasp,
pulling downwards slightly.
With one side now disjointed, pry apart
the other side to completely
detach the sun visor.
To raise the sun visor,just push To lower the sun visor, simply pull
the sun visor retraction Ilever up. the sun visor retraction

FACE-SHIELDLOCK / VENT MECHANISM
NOTE: FIRST CLOSE THE SHIELD TO
THE LOWEST POSITION TO LOCK/
UNLOCK
To lock the faceshield, turn lockin
lever counter clockwise to the
2 0'clock position approximately.
To unlock the faceshield, turn
locking-lever clockwise to
the 7 0'clock position until it
unlocks. Test faceshield now
to check if its unlocked properly.
NOTE:When the lever is positionned
at 4 0'clock, the shield is closed,
lever down
but it is also unlocked.

Anti-Microbial Liner
CHEEK PADS REMOVAL
Graspthe cheek pad as shown in the image and pull it off (from the clip)
until the side flange (a) comes out from the helmet groove joints
Then, gently pull out the cheek pad to the other side until three plastic
snaps (b) are detached from the helmet.
Repeatthe process to remove the cheek pad on the opposite side.
WASHING THE LINER
Onceremoved place cheek pads and crown liner in sink or
bucket with warm water and mild detergent. Dish soap works
well Use hands to aggitate. Rinse thoroughly then squeeze
to remove excess water. Hangdry or use machine on NO heat.
CROWN LINER REMOVAL
Once both cheek pads are removed grasp the crown liner near the back
of the head and pull the liner toward the eye port to release it from
the plastic snaps (a). Onceunsnapped gently tug on the crown liner
to release it from the forehead tension groove.
Reversethis process to reinstall the crown liner and cheek pads.
