• Do not run cables under carpet. Do not cover the cable with blankets, runners or the like.
Lay the cable outside the traffic area and in a place where no one can stumble over it.
• Connect only to properly grounded outlets.
• Do not insert or let foreign objects into ventilation or exhaust air openings, as this can cause
an electric shock or fire or damage the device.
• It is normal for your electrical appliance to make noise, especially if it is in a quiet place
such as:
• To avoid a possible fire, do not block the air inlets or outlets in any way. Do not use on soft
surfaces such as carpets, where openings can be blocked.
• Always connect devices directly to a power outlet/outlet. Never use an extension cord or a
sliding power tap (outlet/power strip).
• These devices have only been tested and listed for use with the optional accessories listed
in this guide. The use of optional accessories that have not been specifically tested for this
device may void the warranty and/or result in a security risk.
For appliances with heating:
• Risk of burns. Before maintenance, the power supply of the device should be switched off
and the device should be allowed to cool. To unplug the device from power, turn off the
controls and then unplug it from the wall outlet.
• Young children should be carefully supervised if they are in the same room as the device.
Toddlers, toddlers, and others may be susceptible to accidental contact burns. A physical
barrier is recommended if there are vulnerable people in the house. To restrict access to a
device or stove, install an adjustable safety grille to keep toddlers, toddlers, and other
vulnerable people out of the room and hot surfaces.
• Clothing or other flammable materials should not be placed on or near the device.
• Due to the high temperatures, the device should be placed outside of road traffic and
away from furniture and curtains.
• Make sure you have taken appropriate safety measures to protect infants/toddlers from
touching hot surfaces.
• Even after turning off the device, the glass and/or screen remain hot for a long time.
• Check with your local stove specialist for safety grilles and stove guards to protect children
from hot surfaces. These shields and protective devices must be attached to the ground.
• Make sure distances to combustible materials are maintained when building a mantelpiece
or shelves over the unit.
Elevated temperatures on the wall or in the air above the device can melt, discolor, or
damage decorations, televisions, or other electronic components.
