Q: I follow the instructions, but my material does not transfer properly. What can I do?
A: There are several reasons why a transfer may not work properly.
1. Make sure the materials you are using (cup and sublimation material) are suitable for transfers.
2. Make sure that you have respected the maximum design size of 11.5cm x 22cm (HxW) when choosing
your design.
Q: The Mug Press temperature drops when I use it. Is there something wrong with my press?
A: It is normal for the press temperature to drop when you load the cup and transfer material. This is due
to the temperature difference between the heated plate and your materials. The transfer will not start
until the cup press reaches the set temperature of 180°C again.
Q: My device keeps turning off and I have to turn it on again. Why?
A: This is the auto shut-off safety feature oft iXpress Mug Mug Press. After 3 minutes of inactivity, a beep
will sound and the cup press will automatically turn off.
Q: Do you offer warranty for iXpress Mug Mug Press?
