The watch should now show local date and time and the top
of the application should appear as follows:
From "Message Push" you can set up the APPS from which you
wish to receive information on your device (Calls, WhatsApp,
Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
Restarting and/or removing the device will cause data to be
deleted.
4. In the "Step" icon you can view your daily steps and your set

objectives / targets. Fur-
ther below, you can also
view a summary of the
distance walked as well as
other information such as
your heart rate and/or
sleeping patterns.
If you press on the infor-
mation displayed, another
screen will open, and you
can start measuring your
heart rate or see the
details of your sleeping
habits. At the bottom you
will find "Healthy habit" in
which you can specify
"eat breakfast", "go to bed
early", etc.
