Q1: What should I do if the light bulb does not work? Can I get a
REPLACEMENT?
A1: Definitely! The bulbs may be damaged during the long time shipping. We
offer 1 YEAR WARRANTY and 30 days FREE RETURNS. Please do not
hesitate to contact us if you are not satisfied with the product. We will reply to
you within 24 hours and help you solve the problem until you are satisfied.
Q2: How can I contact you?
A2: There are 2 ways to contact us:
Method 1: Just click the shop name, then click "Ask a Question" and submit
your question. We will reply to you within 24 hours.
Method 2: Send an email to our support inbox. You can find our email in the
manual.
Q3: How to control the light color?
A3: You can control the light color via a control button on the cable or remote
control. Before using the remote control, please remember to open the control
button on the cable. If you want to use the control button on the cable to control
it, press on then off, this action do three times
Q4: How to install and uninstall the bulbs?
A4: To twist bulb clockwise to install. To twist bulb counterclockwise to
uninstall.
Q5: Is it normal for the bulb to heat up when using?
A5: Yes, it's normal. Due to the high power, the highest temperature of the shell
can reach 55 degrees during use. For your safety, please don't touch the metal
shell during the use of the led light. At the same time, do not touch the metal
shell within 1 minute after use.
Q6: How to control the softboxes individually and set them differently?
A6: a. Hold out one softbox, set the others according to your own requirements,
then switch on the 1st softbox again. It then kept the previous settings.
b. It is enough to turn a softbox more than 90°away from you so that you can
no longer see the diffuser. Then only the other softbox reacts to the remote
control. When you have put it in, you can turn the other softbox forward again.
