Solution
Check that the power socket works. If the power cable
is damaged contact customer service.
Check that the product is on and press the on/off
button again. If the motor is damaged contact
customer service.
Clean the filter according to the instructions. Replace
the filter if necessary. Check that all air holes are not
blocked. The plastic has not been removed from the
filter. Check that the filter is correctly positioned.
Make sure the product is at least 50 cm away from
obstacles.
The room is too large for the air cleaner's capacity.
The appliance is not on a flat stable surface or the filter
is clogged. Wash the filter carefully and place the
appliance on a flat surface.
