QUICK START GUIDE
Thank you for adding Maestro to your pedalboard or pedal collection! Your new Maestro pedal is
equipped with a 3-knob feature set and a mode toggle switch that provides "two pedals in one"
functionality and delivers increased sonic versatility. It also features sturdy construction and distinctive
graphic elements with brushed aluminum decals inspired by vintage Maestro pedals and illuminating
Maestro logo bugles to indicate when the effect is active. The Maestro Discoverer Delay is designed
to deliver authentic analog BBD delay sounds that are warm, organic, classic, and inspiring.
1. DELAY Adjusts the delay time. The delay time range is variable from 20ms - 600ms.
2. MIX Dry/wet signal blend control that adjusts the amount of delay introduced into the mix.
3. SUSTAIN Adjusts the amount of delay regeneration and repeats.
4. MODE SWITCH MOD-ON (Up Position) - Adds a unique, warm, and swirly modulation effect. MOD-OFF (Down
Position) - Turns the modulation effect off for a more pristine sounding delay effect.
5. FOOTSWITCH Turns the effect on and off.
6. LED INDICATORS Illuminate when the effect is active.
7. INPUT 1/4" input jack for your instrument.
8. POWER Power adapter jack. (Wired center-negative, sleeve-positive)
9. OUTPUT 1/4" output jack for connection to other effects or your amplifier.
10. INTERNAL TRIM POTS Two internal trim pots allow the user to adjust the Rate (speed) and Width (sweep range) of
the modulation that operates when the Mode switch is in the up (MOD-ON) position. Using a small screwdriver, turn
clockwise to increase, counter-clockwise to decrease the modulation Rate and Width.
