WARNING! Extractedmaterialwhich looksasthoughit hascooled
off on the outside may still be hot on the inside. Hot extracted
material could be set alight again in the air current.
Before beginning extraction, please wait until the material has
completely cooled down. Hot ashes should not be purged with
water, as the sudden temperature difference can cause ruptures to
the chimney.
Checkthe hoses, ash filter and the extractor regularly when
extracting, to assesslevels of heating.
Ifthe device heats up, switch it OFF, p ull the power plug from the
power socket and remove the filter bag immediately.Separatethe ash
filter from the extractor and remove the extracted material. Let the
extractor and the ash filter cool down, under supervision outdoors.
"Cold Ash" is ash cooled down for a sufficient time without any
pockets of embers inside. This can be checked by stirring the ash
by usingmetaltools beforeusingthe ashvacuumcleaner. C oldash
does not emit any recognizable heat.
Before and after vacuum cleaning, empty and clean the tank
in orderto preventthe accumulation of materialswhichcould
present a fire hazard in the vacuum cleaner.
Do not leave the device operating unattended.
Do not use the device outdoors, as exposure to outdoor elements
such as rain, snow, sun, wind, or extreme temperatures may cause
the device to become a safety hazard.

This device can be used by children aged 8 and over and people
with restricted physical, sensory or mental capacity or a lack of
experience and expertise,providedthey areunder supervisionor
have been given instructions Onthe safe use Ofthe device and are
aware of the potential hazards. Children must not play with the
device. Cleaning and maintenance must not be done by children
unless they are over the age Of8 and under supervision.
Only use the device indoors, in dry areas and not in the vicinity of
water or any other liquids.
Switch OFFthe device and disconnect it from the power socket
when the device is not in use or is being cleaned.
Checkthe device regularly for damage.
Never use the device if the power plug shows signs Of damage,
if the device has fallen to the ground or has any other signs of
damage. In such cases,take the device to an expert for inspection
and have it repaired if necessary.
Never allow children to use the device without supervision.

Never leave the device unattended
Keep the device air inlet clean so it is not blocked with dust or

Before vacuuming, wait at least 24 hours in order to be sure that
the fire has gone out and the ash has cooled down. Only cold ash
can be vacuumed.
3) INSTALLINGAND USINGTHE DEVICE
FIRST USE
Open the packaging carefully before taking out the device. Make
sure the device is complete and undamaged. f any components are
missing or damaged, contact the vendor and do not usethe product.
Retain the packaging or recycle it in accordance with local regulations.
Remove all packaging from the device.
Cleanthe device. Please refer to the 'cleaning and maintenance'
section.
Continue with the procedure in the 'using the device' section.
USING THE DEVICE
This device is suitable for vacuuming cold ash Or cold material
residues from barbecues, charcoal ovens, fireplaces & stoves or
chimneys. D onot usefor the separationof health-hazardous d usts
(dust classes L, M, H).
Priorto use,checkthat the mainsvoltageis the sameasthe mains
voltage stated Onthe name plate Ofthe device.
Do not vacuum any objects that are hotter than > 40 oc
