Unpack the appliance and remove any inserts or adhesive labels from the product.
•
Thoroughly wash the removable parts that come in contact with the food: the beaters (6)
and the hooks (7-8) by hand with hot water and washing-up liquid or in the dishwasher.
•
Dry well.
The speed control (3) has the following positions:

Off
Speed 1, slow

Speed 2, fast
Use the two beaters supplied (6) for food that does not require effort.
•
Insert the beaters (6) in the motor casing (5) until they click into place [Fig. B].
Use the two hooks supplied (7) for food that requires effort.
•
Insert the hook with the ring (8) into the large hole on the right side of the motor casing
(5) [Fig. C].
•
Insert the hook without the ring (7) into the small hole on the left side of the motor
casing (5) [Fig. D].
