TPP TubeSpin® Bioreaktor mit
Septum
Der TubeSpin® Bioreaktor mit Septum
kombiniert die Eigenschaften des Standard
TubeSpin® Bioreaktors # 87050 mit den
Anforderungen der Laborautomation. Er
ermöglicht den mehrfachen Zugang von
Injektionsnadeln und Pipettenspitzen im
Bereich der Laborautomation für den Austausch
von sterilen Medien, Lösungen oder die
Entnahme von zellbasierten Produkten sowie
Hochdurchsatz-Screening, Kultivierung und
Optimierungsprozesse von
(aeroben Bakterien) und eukaryotischen
(Hefen, Algen, HEK, CHO, Sf-9)
Suspensionszellen.
Der TubeSpin® Bioreaktor mit Silikon-Septum ist
mit einer Filter-Schraubkappe mit Öffnungen
(Bild 1, # 1) über einer PTFE-Filter-Membran
sowie einem Barcode 128 erhältlich.
Der TubeSpin® Bioreaktor mit Septum ist ein
Einwegprodukt.
Hinweis:
Befolgen Sie bei der Arbeit mit biologischem
Material die nationalen Vorschriften und tragen
Sie geeignete Schutzkleidung.
Bei allen Schritten sind die Regeln für das
Arbeiten unter aseptischen Bedingungen zu
beachten.
Anleitung:
 Überprüfen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial
und das Produkt auf Unversehrtheit.
Verwenden Sie nur einwandfreies Material.
 Kontrollieren Sie das Verfallsdatum (EXP) auf
dem Etikett und der Verpackung. Nutzen Sie
nur Produkte mit gültigen EXP.

The TubeSpin® bioreactor with septum
combines the features of the standard
TubeSpin® bioreactor #87050 with the
requirements of laboratory automation.
It allows multiple needle and pipette tip access
in laboratory automation for sterile media
exchange, solution exchange, cell-based product
withdrawal, high-throughput screening,
cultivation and optimization of prokaryotic
(aerobic bacteria) and eukaryotic (yeast, algae,
prokaryotischen HEK, CHO, Sf-9) suspension cells.
The TubeSpin® bioreactor with a silicone septum
is available with a filter screw cap with openings
(Figure 1, #1) above a PTFE filter membrane,
and barcode 128.
The TubeSpin® bioreactor with septum is for
single use only.
Note:

biological materials and wear the appropriate
protective clothing.
During the work process, be sure to observe the
rules of aseptic technique.
