DELAYED START
If you want the coffee maker to start automatically at a predetermined time,
you can use the delayed start function:
1. Follow steps 1–5 under "Use".
2. Make sure that the clock on the display shows the correct time. If it needs adjusting,
press the "HOUR" and "MINUTE" buttons.
NOTE!
The time cycle is 24 hours.
3. Press the PROG button once. The "Delay brew" indicator will flash green. The LCD
display flashes "12:00". Set the desired automatic start time by pressing the "HOUR"
and "MINUTE" buttons.
4. Press the PROG button again. The "Delay brew" indicator will stay lit green.
After a while, the LCD displays the current time again.
NOTE!
You can cancel the automatic start function by
pressing the "Delay brew" button. To change the automatic
start time, follow steps 2–3 above again.
5. At the set start time, the ON/OFF indicator turns red and the brewing process
starts. Once the coffee is ready, wait a minute before removing the pot and serving
the coffee. If you do not want to serve the coffee immediately, you can leave the
appliance on. You can keep the coffee hot for 40 minutes on the hotplate, after
which time the coffee maker automatically switches off. However, the coffee tastes
best if you serve it immediately.
NOTE!
During brewing, the buttons for "PROG", "HOUR"
and "MINUTE" are locked.
HOTPLATE
Do not try to disassemble the hotplate – risk of fire and electric shock. There are
no serviceable parts inside. Repairs must only be carried out by authorised
service personnel.
