Critical Information
When mounting your phone,
be sure to hold it
perpendicular to the cradle to
ensure the proximity sensor is
able to detect the device.
Smartphone Cases
Reflective smartphone cases work best with the auto sensing
technology. Dark colored or textured cases do not reflect light well,
making it difficult for the proximity sensor to detect the phone. If you
are using a dark colored or textured case, the phone will need to be
very close to the sensor for the arms to open.
Compatibility
Before using this product, make sure your device is Qi-enabled.
Compatible devices include the Google Pixel, iPhone, and
Samsung Galaxy.
Power Adapter
If using a power adapter, ensure it is a 20W Qualcomm Quick Charge
2.0 or equivalent for an efficient charging experience.
If you mount your phone at an
angle, the device will need to
be very close to the sensor for
the arms to open.
