FOOD CONTACT
The following parts are intended for contact with food: pot (9), paddle (7).
They are not suitable for contact with strongly acidic or heavily salted
foods.
These parts can only be used with this appliance. Do not use the parts
separately for other applications.
Use the appliance only for cooking polenta or the variants indicated in
the recipe book (downloadable from the website www.ardes.it). Adapt
the quantity of water and ingredients to the minimum dosages indicated
in the "Quantities" section.
Cooking method:
- POLENTA: cooking for one hour maximum
- JAM: cook over low heat (maximum for one hour).
Initial use
Before using the appliance for the first time:
- clean as is specified in the MAINTENANCE section.
- boil the water 2 or 3 times and then rinse thoroughly.
Fitting the paddle (Fig. 2).
Push the paddle pin (7) into the shaft of the motor unit (1).
Insert the catch (6).
