A symbol''C" or' K" is given at the 3rd digit of its Part Number like "VCC (or
Kjeeeoeoe)"
@ Semiconductor type capacitor,
Asymbol''T' is given at the 3rd digit of its Part Number like "VCTeeooeoe
e@J."
The capacitance error of each capacitor is indicated by the symbol given at the
13th digit of the Part Number as follows: J (£5%), K" (410%), "M" (420%),
"N" (430%), "C" (40.25 pF), "D" (40.5 pF}, "2" (+80—20%).
