Introduction
Dimmer must be program first, before it can be used.
Changing of internal values by ETS software allows a exact definition of fuctions.
ON / OFF Switch
A 1 bit Data signal allows to switch ON and OFF every single output. It is possible to use the last brightness value or
to set a desired brightness value (1% - 100%), which should be used when switching ON the luminaire
It is possible to set a time duration, which is used to dimm linear up or down. At receiving OFF signal the luminaire
can dimm gradually or immidiately.
Relative dimming
4 bit Datasignal: Relative dimming signal allows dimming between two presetted values, by longer pressing of the
desired dimming direction. Changing are visible as long as during brighter dimming the current value is higher than
the minimum set value or during darker dimming the current value is lower than the maximum set value. As soon as
maximum or minimum values are reached, no brightness changing is visible.
If the current dimming value is lower than the minimum set value and the button for darker dimming will be pressed,
dimming start going up untill the minimum set value is reached.
If the current dimming value is higher than the maximum set value and the button for brighter dimming will be pressed,
dimming start going down untill the maximum set value is reached.
It is also possible to allow dimming up to 0. Here is no dimming possible below minimum set value. The light will go
off at reaching 0 value.
Scens / Sequences
8 bit Data signal: Dimmer allows to enter up to 15 scens. For every scen a duration as well as brightness can be set.
Loss of power at BUS or DIMMER
If the power of BUS is lost, the dimmer keep the last value. Dimmer can not be controlled manually. As soon as the
BUS voltage returns, values can be submitted or dimmer can be controlled manually.
If the power is lost at dimmer, but still existing at BUS, dimmer can be controlled manually. As soon as the power
returns, the manually changed values or values over BUS will be displayed.

For the usage of the dimmer a product database must be imported
into ETS-Software. Product database, from ETS Version 4, can be
downloaded under following link:
