3. Upper plate open and stand mode. Hold the handle to open the upper plate. At this
point, the upper and lower baking plates should be separated at an angle of about 95°,as shown bel
ow. In this mode,
can be used to make pancakes, eggs and other food subtances. The upper baking pan is recommen
ded to stop heating due to its upright hanging state.
4. Turn the upper and lower plate to 180° in the upright mode of the upper baking tray. Pull the button
of the closing cover upward while holding the handle and pushing down; then the upper and lower
baking tray can be opened at 180°, as shown in the figure below.
