4. Mounting
CAUTION
Risk of injury and damage to property.
►Fill the stand with sand or clean water be-
fore assembling other parts. Otherwise the
product may tip over during assembly.
ATTENTION
Damage to the product due to incorrect
assembly.
►Assemble the product completely and
safely.
►Assemble the product with at least one
second person.
►Screw the screws hand-tight into the
connecting holes and only tighten the
screws in the last step to prevent the
parts from jamming.
4.1 Place of installation
1. Select a suitable installation site that meets the
following requirements:
• the surace is level, rm and loadable
• The installation site is not permanently exposed
to sunlight.
• The installation site is at least 3 m away from
walls, trees, pipes or other objects in all direc-
tions.
• The installation site is not near trac routes or ro-
ads with heavy trac.
• The installation site is enclosed (not accessible
to the public).
2. Follow the assembly steps shown, observing
the safety instructions, see „14. Assembly" on
page 34.
For saety reasons, we recommend lling the stand
with sand instead of water.
Water can leak out unnoticed from a leak and
the product can fall over.
In addition, the base can be damaged by frost if
you forget to drain the water in winter.
This can cause serious injury or damage to pro-
perty.
If you use water, inspect the stand regularly and
carefully for leaks.
If leaks are detected, place the product on the
foor and call customer service. Do not use or set
up a leaking product.

5. Transport
CAUTION
Risk of injury and damage to property.
►Only transport the product with a se-
cond person.
►Do not push or pull the product over
the ground. Use the integrated trans-
port castors.
►Have a second person stabilise the product by
grasping the bar.
►Tilt the product slightly backwards.
►Move the product to the desired location using
the transport wheels.
►Carefully straighten the product again.
►The storage location must be frost-free when
the bearings are mounted and the base is l-
led with water.
6. Use
WARNING
Danger due to incorrect strain and over-
loading of the body.
Overloading the body can cause perma-
nent damage to health.
►Beore using the product or the rst
time and regularly thereafter, have a
health check by a medical specialist.
►Always warm up your muscles with light
exercises before using the product.
►Always make sure you have good ba-
lance and a secure stance when using
the product.
►Stop exercising immediately if you feel
unwell or experience pain / tension in
your body or chest.
►Do not continue exercising if you ex-
perience irregular heartbeat, extreme
shortness of breath, dizziness, nausea
or similar.
►A training session may last a maximum
of 2 hours without a longer interruption.
CAUTION
Risk of injury by misuse.
Check the product for damage before use.
Wear appropriate sportswear, such as tight-
tting clothes and non-slip shoes, when using
the product.
