Installation onto small fi lters (Fig. 1)
a) Shut off the fi lter and evacuate the compressed air.
b) Remove the plastic label (3).
c) Remove the two stop plugs (2) using the Allen key provided (ensure
the key is inserted correctly and, before unscrewing, screw it up tightly).
d) Plase gasket (7) onto the fi lter head (1).
e) Place the adaptor (6) onto the head (1) and fi x it using screws (4) and
o-rings (5).
f) Place the manometer (8) onto the adaptor and fi x it using screws (9)
and o-rings (10).
Note: Th e manometer display must be mounted in only one direction (
follow the direction of the arrow).
Installation onto large fi lters (Fig. 2)
a) Shut off the fi lter and evacuate the compressed air.
b) Fix the adaptor (5) onto the gauge block (2) using the two screws (6)
provided; the arrow on the adaptor must correspond to the direction of
the arrows on the fi lter's fl anges.
c) Screw the two elbows (11) onto the bottom of the adaptor (5).
d) Unscrew the plugs (4) situated on the sleeves (3) and substitute them
by the connectors (7).
e) Cut the hose (10) in half and insert the nuts (9) and ogives (8) onto both
ends of both tubes. Screw one end of both tubes to the connectors (7) and
the other ends to the elbows (11).
f) Plase gasket (12) onto the adaptor's (5).
g) Place the adaptor (14) onto the gasket (12) and screw both onto the
adaptor (5) using the screw (15) and o-rings (16).
h) Place the manometer (17) onto the adaptor (14) using the screw (18)
and o-rings (19).
Note: Th e manometer display must be mounted in only one direction (
follow the direction of the arrow). If installed as in b), ensure that the
tubes (10) pass below the stub pipes.
Maintenance
• Substitution of fi lter element:
Fig. 3 shows when the element must be substituted. Instructions for
substitution are contained together with the element.
• Cleaning:
1) Clean the air feeding holes if they get blocked.
2) Clean the polycarbonate window using a dry or damp (with water)
cloth. DO NOT USE DILUENTS.
Attention: When opening or closing the air fl ow up or downstream of the
fi lter, or the manual drain valve on the fi lter itself, this must be done gra-
dually (to protect the manometer's sensitive element).

MONTAGE ÜBER KLEINEN FILTERN (Fig. 1)
a) Den Filter absperren und die Druckluft ablassen.
b) Das Kunststoff etikett (3) entfernen.
c) Die zwei Befestigungsschrauben (2) mit dem mitgelieferten
Inbusschlüssel abschrauben (sicherstellen, daß der Schlüssel
ordnungsgemäß eingeführt ist, und vor demAbschraubenkurz in die
Festschraubrichtung drehen).
d) Die Dichtung (7) auf dem Kopf des Filters (1) anordnen.
e) Das Adapter (6) auf dem Kopf (1) anbringen und mit den
Schrauben (4) und den O-Ringen (5) befestigen.
f) Das Manometer (8) auf dem Adapter anbringen und mit den
Schrauben (9) und den O-Ringen (10) befestigen.
Hinweis: Das Display des Manometers kann nur in einer Richtung in-
stalliert werden (folgen Sie der Richtung des Pfeils).
MONTAGE ÜBER GROSSEN FILTERN (Fig. 2)
a) Den Filter absperren und die Druckluft ablassen.
b) Den Adapter (5) auf der Halterung (2) unter Verwendung der zwei
mitgelieferten Schrauben befestigen. Der Pfeil am Adapter soll mit der
Durchfl ußrichtung, die an den Flanschen angezeigt ist, übereinstimmen.
c) An der Unterseite des Adapters (5) die zwei Rohrbögen mit Gewinde
(11) anschrauben.
d) Die Stopfen (4) der Muff en (3) abschrauben und mit den Verbindun-
gen (7) ersetzen.
e) Den Schlauch (10) in der Mitte durchschneiden und an beiden Enden
die Muttern sowie die Dichtkegel (11) aufsetzen. Ein Schlauchende mit
denVerbindungsstücken (7) und das andere Ende mit den Rohrbögen
(11) verschrauben.
f) Die Dichtung (12) auf dem Adapter (5) anordnen.
g) Das Adapter (14) auf die Dichtung (12) setzen und beide am Adapter
(5) mit den Schrauben (15) und den O-Ringen (16) befestigen.
h) Das Manometer (17) auf dem Adapter (14) setzen und beide mit den
Schrauben (18) und den O-Ringen (19) befestigen.
Hinweis: Das Display des Manometers kann nur in einer Richtung in-
stalliert werden (folgen Sie der Richtung des Pfeils). Bei Montage an
Seite b) sicherstellen, daß die Leitungen (10) unter den Ansetzstücken
verlaufen.
Wartung
• Wechsel des Filterelementes:
Fig. 3 zeigt, wann das Filterelement zu ersetzen ist. Die Anweisungen
für denWechsel liegen dem Filterelement bei.
• Reinigung:
1) Die eventuell verstopft e Entlüft ung der Luft zulauföff nungen
reinigen.
2) Das Fenster aus Polycarbonat mit einem trockenen oder mit etwas
Wasser angefeuchteten Lappen reinigen.
KEINE VERDÜNNUNGSMITTEL VERWENDEN.
Achtung: Das Öff nen oder Schließen des Luft stromes vor oder hinter dem
Filter bzw. des Handablaßventiles am Filter hat langsam zu erfolgen (um
das Meßelement des Manometers nicht zu beschädigen).
