Safety Instructions
1. When setting the height, the handle bars must only be pulled out to the edge of the rough
surface.
2. There is the risk of the trapping of fingers, hands and / or clothing during folding together.
Folded together, the Actimo Delta is no longer stable.
3. If the height has not been suitably adjusted, place the Actimo Delta in the direction of travel and
apply the brakes. Loosen the fixing screws, set the correct height and re-tighten the fixing
screws.
4. A walking frame is not a wheelchair, but exclusively a walking aid.
5. The Actimo Delta is intended for use on level surfaces only. The maximum user weight is 120 kg.
6. During use on inclined surfaces, the rolling speed can be higher than the walking speed. If the
Actimo Delta leans too far to the side, there is the risk of tipping over (tilt angle > 5 °). If the
resting on the handle bars is too heavy it can lead to the walking frame tipping backwards.
7. Check the brakes before each use!
Maintenance
The Actimo Delta is maintenance-free. If a repair and / or service is necessary, please contact your
specialist dealer.
The walking frame can be folded for parking. Before use it must be unfolded again.
Faulty Operation:
The effectiveness of the brakes can be adversely affected by wear on the wheels. If you notice a change
in the braking effect, contact your specialist dealer.
Brakes
Two handbrakes for the rear wheels (b) with Bowden cables (a) and
brake callipers. To set the parking brake, simultaneously press the
two brake levers downwards until they audibly click into place. They
can be unlocked again by briefly pulling them upwards. Always apply
the two brakes at the same time. The brakes are set after delivery.
