GENERAL OPERATION
SLEEP MODE
Sleep mode will play the radio for the set duration.
•
Set the STANDBY MODE button to AUTO.
•
Press the MODE button twice.
10 will be displayed.
•
Press the SET button.
The display will flash.
Press the / buttons to set the sleep time in the range 10 minutes to 60
•
minutes.
•
Press the SET button.
On the left of display, the 'sleep' symbol will flash when sleepmode is active.
RADIO OPERATION
Before operating the radio extend the aerial fully.
To operate the radio set the STANDBY MODE button (15) to either ON or AUTO.
Select AM or FM using the BAND SELECTOR (3). Rotate the FM/AM TUNING CONTROL (1) to
locate the required frequency.
To switch the RADIO off, set the STANDBY MODE button (15) to either OFF or Auto.
THERMOMETER SETTING
To switch between Celsius & Fahrenheit press the Celsius / Fahrenheit button (11). The
display will show °C or °F to indicate which is active.
