Connect wirelessly to a PC/Mac
1. Press the ON/OFF button to power on the system.
2. Once the Wi-Fi
feature on your PC/Mac and open the Wireless Network connection.
3. Select the Toshiba whdd xxxx wireless connection (where xxxx is a
4-digit number generated by your Canvio AeroCast Wireless Hard
Drive (default wireless SSID: Toshiba whdd xxxx), and then enter the
default password 12345678.
Please be sure to change the default password immediately upon
first usage of the product.
4. The Canvio AeroCast Wireless Hard Drive can now be accessed as a
network-attached device.
