Troubleshooting
Problem
Not working Check if it's plugged into a power socket.
Check if there is a power outage.
Check if your home power switch or fuse is cut off.
Check if the replace filter indicator is flashing (eyes flashing).
Poor Performance Check if there is any dust on the surface of the pre-filter.
