Verwendungszweck
Die Vierdorncrimpzange CRIMPFOX RC 2,5 wird zum
Vercrimpen von gedrehten Stift- und
Buchsenkontakten für Leiterquerschnitte von 0,08 bis
2,5 mm² eingesetzt. Die Handcrimpzange ist nur für
den in der Bedienungsanleitung beschriebenen Zweck
zu verwenden. Eine eigenmächtige Veränderung, oder
eine nicht bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung der
Handcrimpzange schließt eine Haftung des Herstellers
für daraus resultierende Schäden aus.

Funktionsweise
- Die Locatorstellung für den zu vercrimpenden
Verbinder aus Matrix (der Zange beigefügt)
entnehmen.
- Den Locator durch seitliches Anheben in die laut
Matrix festgelegte Stellung bringen (1-12).
- Den Verstellexzenter durch seitliches Anheben in die
laut Matrix festgelegte Stellung bringen (A/B/C/D).
- Den Verbinder in die Crimpstelle bis zum Anschlag
einlegen und die Zange bis zur ersten Raststufe
schließen.
- Das vorbereitete Kabel in den in der Zange befind-
lichen Kontakt bis zum Anschlag einschieben.
- Zange über die letzte Raststufe drücken bis sie
selbständig öffnet .
- Den vercrimpten Kontakt aus der Zange entnehmen.

Application
The 4-indent crimp tool CRIMPFOX RC 2,5 has been
developed for optimal crimping of turned pin and bush
contacts and wire ranges 0.8 to 2.5 mm². The tool has
only to be used for the application described below,
thus the manufacturer not being liable for damages
caused by improper use or unauthorized technical
modifications of the tool
Operation
- the reference sheet attached to each tool designates
which contacts the positioner accomodates for its
wire size and indicates locator position
- position is dialed by merely raising locator knob and
rotating it to the proper position (1-12)
- crimp depth setting to be selected by raising and rota-
ting the eccentric to the requested position (A/B/C/D)
- insert the contact to be crimped through the entry
hole against the back stop of the accomodation
- close the handles to the first lock-in position of the tool
- place the adequately stripped cable into the contact
as far as possible
- press the handles completely together until the tool
automatically releases
- remove the crimped contact
