FLUID DRAINS
Water contained in pneumatic systems will be collected in the filter housing bowls. These bowls must therefore be drained regularly.
The system includes 2 manual drains beneath the filtration assemblies. Fluids can be drained by turning the drain valve anti-clockwise when
the system is unpressurised. The drain is closed again by turning the valve clockwise.
COMPRESSOR
For the Clearflow 3 system to provide breathable quality air, it is important that the compressor, or its air inlet, is situated in a clean,
uncontaminated environment (usually outside, away from sources of contamination such as traffic fumes, chemicals, confined spaces, etc.).
The compressor must be inspected and serviced regularly, and its filters changed following the manufacturer's instructions.
MAXIMUM FLOW RATE CAPACITY
The Clearflow 3 system can supply breathable air for up to 4 operators using facemasks, or up to 2 operators using facemasks at the same
time as additional tools such as hand-held paint spraying equipment.
