temperature of the mixed water can be exceeded at the water plugs.
Adapt the runtime of the circulation pump to the drawing off times.
Observe potential minimum runtimes.
The circulation functions are set via the control unit.
Refer to the separate control unit operating manual for more detailed information.

Complete installation of all hydraulic and electrical components is a precondition for
commissioning.
Check all of the parts on the system, including all pre-assembled components, to make sure
they are tight and seal any leaks accordingly. When doing so, adapt the test pressure and
test duration to match the respective piping system and the respective operating pressure.
During commissioning, adapt the flow rate of the circulation system to the heat loss in the
pipe distribution network.
To do so, set the pump speed so that the temperature difference between the hot water and
circulation return is < 5 K.
Note:
Observe the installation and operating instructions for the fresh water station during
commissioning.

Stand 11/2018
Adjust the pump by turning the control button.
The pump is set for p-v control mode to the
left of the centre position.
The pump is set for constant speed control
mode to the right of the centre position.
In this mode the pump does not control the
speed automatically, it runs at a constant,
preset speed.
