5. Pair with two devices at the same time
T T- B R 0 2 s u p p o r t s p a i r i n g w i t h t w o d e v i c e s
simultaneously. However, please note that only one
device may stream audio at a time.
To pair with two devices:
1) Follow the "Bluetooth Pairing" instructions to pair the
TT-BR02 with your first device;
2) Turn OFF your first device, and TT-BR02 will switch into
pairing mode automatically;
3) Connect your second device with TT-BR02;
4) Turn ON the Bluetooth of your first device and select
"TaoTronics TT-BR02" on your phone, now both device
are paired with the TT-BR02 receiver;
5) To switch between the two devices, simply pause
the music on the first device and play music on the
second device or vice versa.
Trouble shooting
Q: My receiver will not switch on.
A: Please recharge it and make sure it has enough
power. Plug the unit to a charger and see if the
power button becomes solid red.
Q: The receiver is turned on, but I cannot find it from
my smartphone/tablet.
A: In order for the receiver to be found, you must first
bring the receiver into pairing mode. Please refer to
"Bluetooth Pairing" section.
Q: I am having trouble pairing and connecting to
my Bluetooth pairing device.
A: Please check the following points:
• Make sure your Bluetooth device support A2DP
profile;
• Make sure the TT-BR02 and your device are next
to each other or within 3 feet;
• You must get the TT-BR02 into pairing mode with
BT indicator flashing red and blue alternately.
Q: After connecting and paring with my Bluetooth
device, I cannot hear any music from my sound
system.
A: Please check the following:
• Your sound system is connected to the TT-BR02 via
the 3.5mm connection;
• Make sure the music volume is at audible level
on both your Bluetooth audio device and sound
system;
• In some systems, you may need to select "AUX" or
"Line-in" as audio input method;
• Please make sure Bluetooth audio has been
selected as the audio output. (Some computers
have multiple audio output options)
Q: Can I use the TT-BR02 receiver while it is charging?
A: Yes, the TT-BR02 is designed to be able to use while
charging. The internal circuit has built-in short-circuit
and over-charge protection.
Q: I haven't used the TT-BR02 for a while, now the
battery is dead. What can I do?
A: If the unit has not been used for more than 21 days,
please charge the unit for at least 4 hours as the
battery needs a full charge. And please note that
it may take several hours for full charging in this
circumstance.
