Emptying
You can collect approx. 60L in the cyclone, before it needs emptying.
The pre-separator is equipped with a shock valve that can be locked.
Press down the latch to lock the shock valve.
When the latch is released, the shock valve can be forced open, or it opens by itself, when vacuum and opening
pressure correspond.
When the shock valve is activated, the collected material will fall down into the big bag.
REMEMBER:
If the pre-separator has been used for collecting dust hazardous to health, operators MUST wear personal
protection equipment (PPE) when emptying and handling the machine.
Always empty the pre-separator after use.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Always empty the machine after use. If the unit is left with collected material for a longer time – there is a risk for
self-ignition (depending on the vacuumed material).
Clean the outside of the pre-separator with a dry or moist cloth.

